What's New for the 2025 Toyota Tundra?

The 2025 Toyota Tundra remains largely unchanged this year. While it doesn't see any major updates, there's still plenty to appreciate. The Tundra continues to be a versatile work truck that's just as comfortable for everyday driving. With a variety of options for engines, bed lengths, and cab sizes, it also offers plenty of ways to customize the vehicle to suit your needs.

What Are the 2025 Tundra Trims & Features?

The entry-level trim is the SR, featuring a rugged design with LED headlights, automatic high beams, and heated exterior mirrors. It also comes equipped with a remote-controlled, lockable lower-and-lift tailgate, and a composite bed riding on 18-inch wheels. Inside, the SR includes climate control, cloth seating, and under-seat storage. For technology, it offers wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an eight-inch touchscreen, and satellite radio.

Moving up, the SR5 adds LED fog lights and upgrades to alloy wheels. It enhances utility with adjustable cargo tie-down cleats in the bed, and includes a towing package featuring a trailer brake controller and Class IV trailer hitch.

The Limited trim introduces larger alloy wheels and refined exterior trim accents. A hands-free tailgate release adds convenience, while inside, the cabin is upgraded with higher-quality materials, dual-zone climate control, and heated and ventilated front seats upholstered in synthetic leather. The Limited also features a 14-inch touchscreen.

The Platinum trim adds even more luxury, with a digital instrument panel, ambient interior lighting, leather upholstery, household-style power outlets, a wireless phone charger, and a premium JBL audio system. Climate-controlled rear seats and dark chrome exterior accents complete the package.

For a Western-inspired touch, the 1974 Edition includes all of the Platinum's features, plus unique design details.

The off-road-focused TRD Pro comes with a hybrid powertrain, off-road driving modes, hill descent control, and standard four-wheel drive. It also includes skid plates, premium LED lighting, all-terrain tires, and specially designed wheels.

The Tundra's standard V6 engine produces 389 horsepower, with the option of rear-wheel or four-wheel drive. The hybrid version delivers even more power, generating up to 437 horsepower.
