What Are the 2025 RAV4 Trims & Features?

The 2025 RAV4 is available in four trims: LE, XLE, XLE Premium, and Limited. Even the base LE trim comes well-equipped with an 8.0-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Standard features also include LED headlights, a six-speaker audio system, and cloth seating for a comfortable ride.

Upgrading to the XLE trim adds extra convenience, such as dual-zone automatic climate control and an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat. The Smart Key System with push-button start makes it easy to unlock and start the vehicle.

For a more premium experience, the XLE Premium enhances the interior with SofTex seating surfaces and exclusive 19-inch alloy wheels. A power liftgate and a power tilt/slide sunroof are also included for added luxury.

At the top of the lineup, the RAV4 Limited offers high-end features like an 11-speaker JBL audio system, heated and ventilated front seats, and a fully digital gauge cluster. It also boasts a larger 10.5-inch touchscreen and a hands-free power liftgate for greater convenience.
