What's New for the 2022 Toyota CH-R?

For the 2022 model year, Toyota has reduced the CH-R's lineup to two trim levels. A new Wind Chill Pearl exterior color option also arrives this year.

2022 CH-R Trims & Features

The CH-R XLE is now the lineup's entry-level trim. Vortex-styled 18-inch black alloy wheels bolster the crossover's curb appeal. Its interior is loaded with an impressive list of amenities. Toyota's user-friendly Entune infotainment system features an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto/Amazon Alexa smartphone integration. A built-in Wi-Fi hotspot makes the XLE trim an even better value. Other features include a smart key system with push-button start, dual-zone automatic climate control, and sport front seats.

While the Nightshade Edition trim is similarly equipped, blacked-out exterior treatments give it an especially sinister look. A black contrast roof is optional.

Atop the range sits the leather-appointed CH-R Limited. It elevates comfort by adding an eight-way power driver's seat with lumbar support and heated front seats. Meanwhile, an adaptive front-lighting system makes nighttime driving a bit more secure.
